VIETNAM EVISA: This MUST be applied prior to your travelling date. This letter can be obtained via 3 main ways:

+ Contact the nearest Vietnamese Embassy in your place

+ Apply online via our governmental immigration department official website and follow instructions (https://evisa.gov.vn)

+ Use our service (Highly recommend): We can assist you to arrange an E-Visa to enter Vietnam all you need to do is to send over your details. The fee is 52 USD/person for single entry for 30 days including the stamp fee in which you do not need to pay any extra fee at the airport.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Airport Pick Up - Transfer To Hotel (N/A)

Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Aiport (HAN) you will be picked up by our driver with a private car and dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi center. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Hanoi Old quarter- Home to a mix of Vietnamese architecture, green spaces, ancient shops and fresh-as-it-gets street food — all of it easily explored on foot. At first look, these 36 streets can feel frenetic.

07:00 -07.30: Pick up at your hotel then depart for Ninh Binh province

Ninh Binh province is blessed with natural beauty, cultural sights and karst mountains system. The trip covers highlights include boat trips amid karst landscapes at Tam Coc and the Unesco World Heritage-listed Trang An Grottoes.

09:00: Have a short break for 15-20 minutes to relax

10:30: Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty.

11:30: Get back to our Bus then leave for Mua Cave ( Dancing Cave ). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.

12:30: Have lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice…Vegetarian foods is always available in the buffet lunch.

13:30: Visit Tam Coc by 1,5 hour bamboo boat. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy field, river, water, cloud, sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people called “ Halong Bay on land “

15:30: Continue the tour with 45 minutes – cycling around the village to discover the life of local people .

Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “ Skull Island “. Upon arrival at Station number 17 – OVERNIGHT CRUISE PORT, Tuan Chau Maria, Ha Long passengers will be welcomed by receptionist at La Casta’s waiting lounge.

11:30 – 12:00: After taking a rest, our high speed tender will transfer you to the main boat (Around 25 minutes).

Get onboard and warmly welcome from the crew team with welcome drink.

After that, you will be given a short briefing about the cruise and safety guideline at our restaurant.

Complete the check-in procedure and check-into our suite cabins.

After breakfast, enjoy some time exploring Hanoi on your own before your transfer to the airport for the flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you’ll be picked up at Da Nang airport and transferred to your hotel in the charming coastal city of Hoi An.

Once a bustling Southeast Asian trading port, The ancient town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was the most important trading port in Southeast Asia in the 15th century. The city is still a powerful melange of cultures, influences and traditions. Marvellously preserved Japanese merchant houses and historic Vietnamese trading warehouses rub shoulders with grand Confucian temples and modern office buildings to form a colourful tapestry.

Night 6: Overnight in hotel in Hoi An

8:45 – 09.05 Local guide pick up at the hotel, then you will go bicycle to Hoi An’s colourful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson later. (If you do not want to ride bike, we can arrange taxi for the trip. The taxi fee is on your own expense)

9:30 Ride pass small roads, rice padddy fields, take pictures of buffalos, cow or farmers on daily working at their fields and fish and shrimp ponds.

Explore many beautiful views of Hoi An country side, meet many warm hearted and lovely farmer.

They will pass through the bendy small narrow roads in the village to one of the typical local houses.

10:00 Take a rest with special welcome drink.

You will be taken around the herbs garden where local farmers work on their field using organic methods from 300 years ago.Then you will enjoy foot massage with local herbs ( lemongrass, basil thai, lemon basil.......)

10:30 We will give you foot massage with some local herbs.

11:00 Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.( Made some flowers and animals by vegetables for decoration). After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

The Holyland surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham. Spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of Ancient buildings at of the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide. A light lunch will be served as well.

Night 8 : Overnight in Hotel in Hoi An

Day 9: Hoi An - Bus To Hue (B)

Today you will have free time to explore Hoi An on your own before getting picked up for the shared bus from 14:45pm to 15:00pm to go to Hue. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off in your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

The ancient Hue, located on the bank of the Huong River, was recognized by UNESCO as one of the World Heritage Sites. This city is the cradle of Vietnamese culture and used to be the national capital, educational, cultural and political center of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty.

Night 9: Overnight in hotel in Hue

Day 10: Hue City Tour (B/L)

08:00- 08:30: Our driver and guide pick you up and start the tour. Get on the dragon boat, go along the Huong river to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and peaceful beauty of Hue on the way to Thien Mu pagoda, the oldest pagoda here. After visiting Thien Mu, we get on the mini van and go to the Citadel to see the living, working, worshiping and relaxing areas of Nguyen Kings’family, the last royal family in Viet Nam. The last stop in the morning is Dong Ba market, before we head to the restaurant for lunch.

Lunch time at local restaurant is a great time to savour the best Hue traditional foods.

In the afternoon, we will visit two royal tombs Minh Mang and Khai Dinh with traditional architecture and French-influenced style, respectively. We will take a 10-min trip on mini van to Thuy Xuan conical hat village to visit a local family who produce the traditional hat and incent. You can have many photos taken with creative decoration from colorful incent sticks made by people here.

16:30: tour finishes, get on mini van, come back to the hotel.

Day 11: Hue - Fly To Ho Chi Minh City- Transfer To Hotel (B)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. You will have some free time until our driver come and transfer you to the airport to take the flight to HCM. Arrive in HCM, you will be picked up by our driver. After a short ride, you will be dropped off in your hotel.

Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam’s largest economic center and cultural capital, Ho Chi Minh City boasts soaring skyscrapers that tower over charming French colonial structures and traditional pagodas from Saigon’s yesteryear. Past the bustling streets and dizzying traffic.

She was in contact with us during the trip to make sure everything was ok, even meeting up with us in Hanoi to run through our itinerary and give us some hints and suggestions. All our accommodation was adequate enough for our needs, however, my only complaint is that the family rooms are very tight with 2 teenagers. I would definitely request 2 rooms at every hotel next time. All our tours were wonderful, and were very well planned and ran on time. Our drivers were always on time, if not early, to pick us up for transfers and tours. We had such an amazing trip, and would not hesitate to use Halong Tours Booking and Tammy again.😊Less
