Upon arrive in Tan Son Nhat airport, our driver will pick up and transfer to your

hotel. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam’s largest economic center and cultural capital, Ho Chi Minh City boasts soaring skyscrapers that tower over charming French colonial structures and traditional pagodas from Saigon’s yesteryear. Past the bustling streets and dizzying traffic

Night 1: Overnight in hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh- Cai Be- Can Tho (B/L)

07:30: Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and start the trip to Cai Be. Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride to the remaining site of a renowned wholesale floating market on the Tien River many years ago. This site entitles you to learn something about the local trading habit that has changed due to the age of modern society when more terrestrial transportation and high techniques of agriculture have dominated everywhere. There, you can realize how diverse the area is and how rich orchard gardens are, which makes it the basket of fruit in the lower part of the Mekong River.

Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of an ancient house and learn about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people. Paddle through small canals – an exciting experience since you can look around, unwind, and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the Upper Mekong Delta. Additionally, after arrival on Tan Phong Island, immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. The meal is cooked on your own and served in the heart of the local garden.

Cycle on the village path through orchards. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Visit Ba Kiệt’s ancient house.

Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip to Can Tho City. Proceed to Can Tho City and overnight in Can Tho.

Night 2: Overnight in hotel in Can Tho

Day 3: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh (B/L)

Have breakfast at the hotel. You can take a leisurely boat ride to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the most vibrant floating market in the area.

Walking tour of the local noodle factory. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda - Khmer temple, famous for its unique structure. Then, move by boat to the Con Son tourist area, visit the fruit plantation, and enjoy seasonal fruits.

Have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out many different dishes at local food stand, family restaurants…

07:00-07:15: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is far from Hanoi city about 100 km.

10:15: The first destination in this trip is visiting Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam.

Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi nowadays. You are impressed on an outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Try to feel ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital.

11:30: Arrive in Tam Coc near Tam Coc wharf after visiting Hoa Lu

11:45: Time for lunch, you are served with traditional Vietnamese food in a local restaurant. Relax in 20 minutes.

13:00: At Tam Coc wharf, you get on a rowing Tam Coc River Tour with maximum 4 people on a boat to discover the beauty of Tam Coc – Bich Dong. Within 1.5 hours on the boat, local boat riders will orderly take you to visit three Tam Coc caves: Hang Ca (the first grotto), Hang Hai (the second grotto) and Hang Ba (the third grotto).

14:30: Cycling around idyllic village to explore around sceneries, you can also cycle to Thai Vi temple near Tam Coc wharf. This experience will take your breath away.

16:00: Come back to our shuttle bus to return to Hanoi

08:45: We complete the pick-up point then go to Halong Bay by Expressway

10:15: Have a short break on half way for 20 minutes to relax.

12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau Harbor.

12:30: Welcome to Cozy Bay Cruise and Enjoy welcome to drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check- in your room with Air-Conditioning.

13:00: Enjoy a special lunch with Vietnamese traditional dishes, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

15:00: Visiting Sung Sot Cave (Surprising cave).

16:00: Our cruise will take you to the Titop Island. It is noted for having a viewpoint at its peak which affords splendid views all around Halong Bay or you can enjoy your swimming on romance sandy beach.

17:30: Come back to Cozy Bay Cruise then take a shower, relax on sundeck, sunset watching in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail or reading a book in the most magical moment.

18:00: Enjoy welcome Sunset Party and Cooking Class. How to make fresh noodle roll, you can enjoy product which you make it.

19:00: Enjoy your Barbecue Dinner when sitting by overlooking sea view window in the night romantic bay

7:45 – 8:15: Get picked up from your hotel

8:15 ~ 11:30: Follow the newest highway connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong.

Upon arrival at Station number 17 – OVERNIGHT CRUISE PORT, Tuan Chau Maria, Ha Long passengers will be welcomed by receptionist at La Casta’s waiting lounge.

11:30 – 12:00: After taking a rest, our high speed tender will transfer you to the main boat (Around 25 minutes).

Get onboard and warmly welcome from La Casta crew team with welcome drink.

After that, you will be given a short briefing about La Casta Cruise and safety guideline at our restaurant. Complete the check-in procedure and check-into our suite cabins.

13:00: Enjoy a lunch in the restaurant. La Casta Cruise start to depart for the voyage to discover the Lan Ha Bay.

08:30: Do kayaking to explore Halong Bay in your own.

09:30: Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.

10:45: Enjoy the lunch while Cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour.

12:00: Cozy Bay Cruise is landing Halong Bay harbor, tourist say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise.

After that, get on the Bus to return Hanoi by Expressway.

Day 10: Ha Noi- Shared Tourist Bus To Sa Pa-Cat Cat Village Trekking (B/L)

06:00-06:30: Pick up from the hotel, get on a bus and depart for Sapa

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

The tour guide will be waiting for you at Bus station. Then, please follow the guide to go to hotel

Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H'mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

Trekking distance is about 3.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours

17.00: Come back to Sapa Town.

Night 10: Overnight in hotel in Sapa town.

Day 11: Sapa -Trekking To Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village (B/L)

Have breakfast at hotel and prepare light pack for trekking

08.00: Trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.

12.30: Picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village

13.30: Heading to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people.

14.30: Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.

The rest of the day is free on your own.

With enough free time to experience even more tours or casual strolls along the cities. Oh yes, our hotels were always perfectly situated! We could walk anywhere, and even when we couldn't Tammy suggested Grab and it was a great alternative (even a few scooter rides!). The hotels offered transport as well, with packages always being offered right in the lobby. All of them offered to even make the bookings. The tours themselves went really well, with the drivers and guides always making sure we know exactly when they will pick us up. Tammy also gave great advise regarding what we could do with the free days, and we could really fully experience the cities with enough time. We promised to only indulge in Vietnamese food and did a food tour and cooking class along the way. Thanks again Tammy for a great experience!Less

The hotels she organised were great, drivers always there to meet us at the hotels and airports and clear communication about flights.
